Here at Sonic Fusion we understand that peace of mind is very important to our customers. You don't want to book a band and then find out 5 minutes before your guests arrive that they are not coming.

This is why we issue all our customers with a standard contract. All it does is provides both parties with peace of mind that the date, time and venue are confirmed, as is the price. When you book Sonic Fusion we will send you your own personal copy for you to keep, and one for you to sign and return to us. Couldn't be easier than that!

Dear (insert customers name),

Thank you for booking the band Sonic Fusion for your event to be held on (insert date here).

Please could you read and sign this contract, then send it back to the above address. We have enclosed a copy for your records.

Sonic Fusion are happy to provide the following for your event.

(Insert size of band as booked)

(Length of gig as booked, including start and finish times)

(Venue Address)

(Price quoted - this will include travel expenses)

Payment can be made on the day in either cash or cheque (cheques to be made payable to Sonic Fusion), or you can pay when you return the contract. Whichever way you choose to pay, we must receive the payment before we begin to play. We will also require a deposit of £200 to be paid upfront.

Please note that there is a £300 cancellation fee if you cancel the booking less than six weeks before your event is due to take place. If you cancel any later than this you are liable to pay the entire booking cost (that is the price quoted in this contract above). By not signing this contract does not mean that you are canceling the booking. You must inform us either by telephone, or by writing to the address above or you are liable for all charges.

It is your responsibility to inform the venue that you are hiring a band, and to make sure that there will be sufficient power supply and floor space for us to set up. Please let us know if there is a specific time you would like us set up and sound checked by if you haven't already done this.
